Outdoor Coaching
Bespoke online and outdoor sessions that are tailored to you, perfect if you enjoy walking in the outdoors and asking nature to help you find the answers. The options are Coastal Coaching, walking along stunning South Wales coastlines or Reaching New Heights which takes place in the beautiful Southern Welsh hills.
A little about me
I’d spent over two decades gaining great experience across business, finance, marketing and management in both the UK and Malaysia. I enjoyed every job but I always had those nagging feelings that there was something else out there for me. So, I kept on searching and trying different roles and different industry sectors in the hope to land on the right one.
Luckily, about 10 years ago, I finally found the clarity I was looking for! I was fortunate enough to have the most amazing Coach and Mentor, the change happened and everything fell into place. I started doing what I love and my job didn’t feel like work anymore.

Since then, I have become a qualified Coach and a Licensed Career Change Coach and I have been successfully coaching, training and supporting, women with their career development, career change and leadership progression. I found my vocation and now I focus all my energy on helping you find yours.
