I am a specialist Career Change Coach and I’m here to help you reinvent your career and find the profession you love!
After years of trying different careers, often retraining, in a constant search for that one job that would really light me up, the one that would inspire me every day and the one that I wasn’t just good at but I was great at.
I enjoyed every job, each job brought new experiences, fresh knowledge and inspiring people to learn from, but each time, there was that nagging voice telling me that something missing.
Then, unexpectedly, I got made redundant. I saw this as a sign and an opportunity to pursue something completely different and develop a start-up business. I decided to take a local admin job to pay the bills while I focussed on the business.
I had no idea at the time that the business would never progress beyond the development stage. That’s because I met an incredible coach and mentor, who helped me truly discover my strengths and potential, and, with their support, I began shaping my career into one that I absolutely love.

With three decades of experience, across various industry sectors in two different countries, I bring a wealth of knowledge to support you. My diverse background enhances my ability to help you uncover your strengths, motivations, skills and passions, empowering you to find a fulfilling career that you are truly passionate about and proud of.
I bring a calm, balanced and thoughtful approach to each of our sessions, I will encourage you to be yourself in a safe, confidential space where you can really explore the possibilities. You will also have in between session support so you never feel alone or uncertain of what to do next.
Before we choose to work together, we’ll have a discovery call which is often described as a chemistry session. This is crucial in determining if we are the right fit for each other and that we can work together successfully. The boring stuff
I am a Licensed Career Change Coach and a Qualified Professional Coach, I’m also a member of two professional bodies. The European Mentoring & Coaching Council and the Institute of Leadership, where I continue to build upon my coaching skills through continuous professional development, industry updates and mentorship programmes.
As your coach, I am bound by the EMCC’s Global Code of Ethics, fully insured and consider data protection and your confidentiality a top priority.
I am also a DiSC Certified Trainer. DiSC is a powerful personal development tool that measures an individual’s tendencies and preferences. It can help to deepen self-awareness, improve workplace relationships and communication and help to unlock potential for personal and professional growth.
Since 2016, I have been coaching, mentoring and supporting professionals through career change, leadership development and career development.
